Candelabra clock called "Bougeoir"
French clock with hours and half hours striking.
Case: gilt bronze candelabrum (bougeoir) with squared green marble base. Dial: silvered dial with black roman numerals for hours and black index for minutes. Browned steel hands.. Movement: gilt metal movement with anchor escapementi and silk suspension pendulum. 8 days winding.
Dial: "argentè" with black roman numbers.
Movement: anchor escapement with hours and halfs striking.
Unsigned.
Period: France, circa 1815- 1820.
