Solar horizons indications pocket watch
Case: n°.920, silver with "guilloche" decoration on the back side.
Dial: white enamel with three subsidiary dials: at the 3 the days of the month; at the 6 the hours and the minutes; at the 9 the twelve months; at the 12 the window for the solar horizons with the raised and lowered of the sun.
Movement: Gilt brass and steel with "fusée and chain", cylinder escapement and pierced "coq".
Period and provenance: circa 1810, made in Switzerland, probably Geneve, sold in Turin-Italy.
Signed: on dial and movement "Lnt. Pasta et Pavia a Turin.” Custom signature by retailers.
