Rare little french piece of forniture with multiple functions: “commode, secretaire, coiffeuse, table à écrire”.
“Bois de rose”, boxwood and amaranth veneered; marqueterie with frets and flowers, embellish with high quality gilt bronze, white marble with grey veins shelf.
On the front part there are two drawer: one of theese is a writing-desk with others two little drawers.
On the sides part there are two revolving drawers.
Period and provenance: circa 1780, Luigi XVI, Paris - France.
